- Book and attend an identity meeting at a Migrationsverket office (e.g. Malmö, Göteborg, Norrköping, Sundbyberg, Sundsvall or Boden).
- The application fee for adults is SEK 2,900; some stateless refugees are exempt.
- Migrationsverket does not promise a fixed processing time — it depends on whether the case needs investigation and whether your documents are complete.
