What the practice test covers
The questions are spread across all 13 chapters, roughly in proportion to the space each one gets in the material.

The real test
It is written on paper and in Swedish, and based on the study material Sverige i fokus. The first sitting was on 15 August 2026 at Stockholmsmässan.
UHR has not published a pass mark, and the August 2026 sitting was a trial test. We do not guess at a threshold — be sceptical of sites that do.
The fee is SEK 2,000 under the ordinance on the citizenship test, charged from tests held in 2027 onwards. Check current dates, fees and rules with UHR.
How the practice test differs
The questions are our own, written from the study material. This is not a past paper and not endorsed by UHR — passing it is no guarantee that you will pass the real one.
- 30 questions in 45 minutes, not about 60 in 90. The pace per question is the same.
- You see the right answer immediately. On the real test the result comes afterwards.
- No pass mark, because UHR has not published one.
Use the per-chapter breakdown as a map: reread the chapter where your knowledge is thin rather than retaking the whole test.
